Sea World

We headed to Sea World in San Antonio to cash in on a free ticket for teachers. Sea World was graciously admitting Texas teachers for FREE until June 30. So, yes, we did go the last day possible. It's characteristic of most teachers. I did see another teacher from my school there with her family, so I didn't feel like the biggest procrastinator. With this deal, the only people that paid in our group were Travis and my mom. Pretty cool deal.

Even though it was hot, Hudson loved it and enjoyed the dolphins, fish and the Shamu Show, of course. Little known fact: I used to call Shamu "Shampoo" when I was younger, so of course Travis kept referring to Shamu as "Shampoo" during the day.
Hudson LOVED the Sesame Street-themed Kid's Bay! He is not afraid of water and LOVES to play in the splash pads. He even rode the carousel and saw Elmo!

My parents let Travis and I go ride the few rollercoasters while they went and saw the sea lion show with Hudson. Let's just say that Travis and I figured out that we are NOT as young as we used to be and rollercoasters get a different reaction out of us than when we were younger....

After seeing Shampoo, we stopped by the pink flamingos and headed home. Hudson had a long but fun-filled day! We will be going back, for sure
