Happy 16 Months, Hudson!

Hudson is 16 months old! Growing up too fast for Mommy! Now that Hudson is 16 months, he is:

-running, climbing, crawling under beds, trying to jump (so cute) and dancing everywhere!

-still a small guy, but growing. I weighed him yesterday and this morning and his weight fluctuates between 19-20 pounds now.

-wears some 9-12 month pants/shorts, but 12 month tops/onesies

-still wears size 3 diapers

-loves to eat bananas, mac-n-cheese, potatoes, whipped cream, ice cream, plain ol' ice, pasta, corn-on-the-cob, waffles and raisins (to name a few)

-has one molar in and working on another molar

-down to one nap a day now, usually from 11:30-2:00

-LOVES TO BE OUTSIDE!

-liking to be in the pool and splash around

-not to fond of the carseat, especially since he cannot face the front yet

-has added these words to his vocabulary:

sox

dance

Pawpaw

side for "outside"

and a few others I cannot remember at this time ;) His verbal skills have picked up in the past week, usually a new word everyday.

-gives "sugar" (kisses) to you when asked and will hug you too ;)

-still loves the stairs, wants to climb up and down like a big boy, not a baby crawling. It scares Mommy!

-says "cheese" and squints his eyes and smiles when you are taking pictures (see first two photos above)

-has a longer attention span for books and some TV kid shows now

WE LOVE THIS BOY!! SUCH A SWEETHEART!!!
