My dad (Pop or Coach K) celebrated a birthday! Two weeks ago, my parents took us to Hula Hut (my favorite restaurant in Austin) to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and my dad and I decided to split the Hawaiian fajitas. That is definitely my favorite thing on the menu, and my dad was definitely hooked after that! He wanted to go back to Hula Hut for the Hawaiian fajitas and nobody argued a bit! We had a great time and we knew it would probably be one of the last times that we would go out together as a family of three before Brazos came. Turns out, we were right! More on that story later....
