Brazos: 16 Months

Happy 16 Months, Braz-man!

At 16 months, you are: Loving to eat and help Momma in the kitchen!

LOVING books! I would say this is definitely your new love. You will sit and look at them for a while and you always bring them to us to read them to you. This makes me happy!
You love to laugh. You do this funny thing when you laugh that sounds a little like a seal, haha.

Did I mention he likes to eat? Well, he has also made it pretty clear that he likes to eat like a big boy now. Bye bye high chair, hello booster seat.  He will also go to Hudson's seat when he is finished eating and eat from his plate, haha.

Brazos is still a mama's boy and does not like to let mommy out of his sight!  It makes for a difficult time to fix supper in the evenings.

He is such a great sleeper and lately, he has even had days/nights where he sleeps 12-14 hours a night. The first time that happened, we got worried and woke him up, but I think he's going through a growth spurt.

He wears 18 month clothing, but his pants are a little long :)

Brazos loves to shadow his brother, even if that means getting into trouble with him or bothering him ;)

He wears about a size 5 or 6 shoe.

Brazos likes to say "ready, set, go!" and jump or run or throw a ball.

He loves to sing parts of "ABC song" "BaBa Black Sheep" or "Twinkle Twinkle"

Brazos, we are definitely thankful for you in our lives.  You are such a lover and sweetheart. Very thoughtful and quiet around strangers. You love people and you love to help out. Keep that up, baby boy. You will use those characteristics in a huge way one day to impact His Kingdom!
