Social Butterfly

Well, instead of my usual night at home, recovering from my night class or work, I was quite the social butterfly last night, haha... My friend, Jacey (from work), celebrated her birthday last night downtown at 219 West. I had a pleasant time there, sipping on my diet coke and eating my half-price nachos (thank you happy hour!). I only stayed about an hour because I had to be at La Madeleine's down south at 7:00 to meet up with the girls from my Sunday School class. I love these girls!!! They are so refreshing to my spirit and we are constantly laughing, I feel so blessed. I had some yummy chocolate cake and a lemon water there, and we stayed there for about an hour and a half. It was great fellowship!! Travis was at his accountability group thingy, so I had the apartment to myself. I watched the new Grey's Anatomy that I recorded (great!!) and then the Dove Awards from the previous night that I had also recorded. As if my night could not get any better, I ended it with a good episode of House Hunters, where they were in Austin!! I had a great night with some great friends. Thank you, God, for these special blessings!! If Thursday was this great, I can't wait to see what Friday has in store for me!! I know it's looking up already because we will be talking with another builder this afternoon (exciting) and then Travis is taking me out on a date to the new Cheddar's near our apt. :) mmm.... I'm lovin' it! :)

Sounds like a fun night! I never have energy for nights like those anymore haha. I'm turning into such a grandma!
