I'm burned out on all of my "classic" recipes: chicken and dumplings, spaghetti, 5-can soup, and even hamburger helper or macaroni :) Even though they're quick to make, easy, and I'm a pro now, but they do get old!! Lately, Travis and I have been craving some fresh grilled veggies, so I've been searching the internet for some good asparagus and corn recipes. I've found some great ones, and I'm excited to try them out! Another food that I really miss from home- butter beans... I am also planning to try a new barbecue butter beans recipe that I came across recently. Yummy to my tummy!
I don't mind cooking, but I don't get home until after 8:00 three days of the week, so we usually just fix something quick and easy at that point, because we are starving!! I am planning on making these new dishes this weekend, so I'll let you know how it goes.. :) I know my mom and Katie would be proud! :)
Well, I gotta go prepare for our big PR presentation for Life Time Fitness..... Here's to hoping that goes well! :)
