Happy Four Months, Hudson!!!

Hudson is officially one-third of a year old today! Time has flown!! He is such a cute/happy/fun/easy/loveable baby! I am so spoiled, and he's set the bar pretty high that I'm worried that if our future children act even slightly worse than this, I'll be worried something is wrong, haha.

Hudson,

I love you so much and I am so blessed to be your mommy! You make my life so happy and your daddy and I cannot believe that God picked us to be your parents. I cannot wait for all of the future memories we will share and I cherish every moment we have shared thus far. Thank you for being such a sweet baby boy and reminding me how much God loves us every day. You are so amazing, here's what you are up to at FOUR months old:

-SLOBBER/DROOL EVERYWHERE!!

-You are so talented, you can put both hands in your mouth. This happens all the time!

-You have great head control.

-While you are on your tummy, you love to push yourself up into a mini-push-up

-You are constantly smiling at us, even when you are sooo tired!

-I love to hear your giggles and shreiks when you get excited!

-You love to "talk" to your toys, especially while you are on your playmat

-You LOVE to sit in your bumbo and look around.

-You will follow your daddy with your eyes everywhere he goes

-You have special songs that you really like, including "Pat-A-Cake" and Pop's version of "Hudson, Hudson-He's our man, if he can't do it, NO ONE CAN!" :)

-You sleep in your bed on most naps and you go to sleep at night so well. If you are not asleep when I lay you in your crib, I just turn on your mobile and you are mesmerized until you fall asleep.

-You still sleep great, about 10-11 hours per night

-You take a 1-2 hour nap in the morning, a 2 hour nap in the afternoon and sometimes a little snooze around 5:30.

-You are eating over 30 ounces a day, and I'm so excited to start giving you cereal and foods soon!

-You travel well, love to go shopping and you are the BEST baby in the nursery (they have told me this, I'm not making it up)

-You still mostly look like your dad, but you are beginning to look like mommy, especially in your big blue eyes and some expressions.

-You found your feet the other day, but you haven't started putting them in your mouth just yet

-You love to nap with mommy or Grinna in the mornings

-You love to skype with Gran-D and Paw-Paw and grin at them

This are just some of the many things you are doing at four months old. I love you, little man! Here's to more smiles, giggles, snuggles and love.....
