Valentine's Retreat

I am back at work on this not-so-glorious President's Day... Sad that I don't have the day off but glad that traffic was awesome this morning! Maybe this means that I will get to see my hubster sooner because it won't take him an hour to get home.... Anyways, we had a wonderful Valentine's Day/Weekend at the Haven River Inn Bed & Breakfast in Comfort, TX. Our Sunday School class booked the inn for a weekend and we had a great time relaxing, playing games, watching movies, shopping, learning to love our spouses like God loves us and spending a tranquil weekend away.

The ladies went to Fredericksburg to shop on Saturday. We ate lunch at the Pastry Queen's restaurant: Rather Sweet. I must admit that it was rather delicious! It was a little chilly outside, but we still had a great time browsing and talking. :)

We had a nice catered dinner on Valentine's Day. I took pics of all of the couples that joined us (except for Pat & Annie- sorry!). We had a lovely time exchanging married-people stories and we had a sweet share time about our spouses. My sweet husband said that I was an excellent help-mate. Thanks sweetie- you're my favorite ;)
